Have you heard of coconut oil, mother nature’s own little miracle? Coconut oil has countless healthy benefits and is extremely versatile. Whether it’s in the kitchen or in the bathroom, adding coconut oil to your daily routine is quick and easy! 

1. Cook with it 
Coconut oil is a great replacement for butter and olive oil. A high smoke point means it is great for cooking at high heat. Use it to bake, fry, or even sauté your favorite foods!

2. Eat it 
Coconut oil is high in healthy saturated fats, also known as medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). Research has shown that MCTs help raise good HDL cholesterol levels and lower bad LDL cholesterol levels. Eating one tablespoon of coconut oil a day can help you lower the risk of heart disease, boost your metabolism, and stabilize blood sugar and insulin levels!

3. Wear it 
Use coconut oil as a natural hair conditioner, skin moisturizer, or even makeup remover. The MCTs in coconut oil also has natural antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties!

4. Clean with it 
Oil pulling is one of the oldest Ayurvedic medicine practices. Swishing with two teaspoons of coconut oil for 15 minutes each day can help whiten your teeth, kill bacteria that causes bad breath, and increase your overall oral health. Trust us, it’s not as bad as it sounds!
