We all want to be free, we all want to be happy. Practicing altruism and kindness is the ultimate gateway to happiness. Giving and serving others without the expectation of receiving anything in return. Try it, we bet it’ll put a smile on your face. These are just some examples below.

1. You don’t have to go out of your way to practice altruism. Greet your security in the morning and give thanks to the people that hold the door for you.

2. Buy a cup of drink for a friend or co-worker – just because.


3. Stand instead of sitting on the tram, bus or MTR so that others can have the seat instead.
